14 year old Residence fascade and gables have large areas of exposed masonry joints. Mortar had deteriorated substantially. Magnacor quote was the only quote which came close to what I estimated was actual cost of labor + material with a decent profit for the trade. Magnacor performed the work with dedication, focus, within time and budget and phenomenal quality. On the job Magnacor discovered more joints than originally I had estimated for pointing work. Cory and Kevin are the most decent, well-spoken trades I have come across in Canada. I strongly recommend Magancor for Masonry work which requires quality. The fascade and gables look AS GOOD AS NEW!
