Brian and crew did and excellent job in all facets of this project, from quoting to close out. Brian also shared his knowledge about how to maximize environmental rebates. Panda finished their R60 work in our 1500 sq ft attic in well less than half a day and left behind a spotlessly clean job site.

Panda insulation rep Brian , was most prompt in his estimate. Another company did not even respond.
Brian communicated well and was open to discussion of quantities needed and costs. We looked at product coverage sheets and adjusted downwards where appropriate.
I particularly liked that he said that they would adjust price down if less material was needed. That in fact was the case and Brian was true to his word and dropped the final cost to reflect that.
Paul and his assistant were pleasant and very thorough in their cleanup.
I felt the job was well done, the price was favourable for adding 9-10 of blown glass to 800 sq ft of attic space, and adding internal vent extensions as needed. Brian was open to discussion particularly with reference to materials and costs and Panda demonstrated integrity in honouring the most honest best outcome for this customer.

Got a good quote from them for attic loose-fill insulation and spray foam on all our basement walls. We were entertaining a few quotes, and they made it known right from the beginning they wanted our business. In the end, they negotiated a better price and were responsive in communicating (mostly by text). Brian was great!

Installation went smoothly and faster than anticipated. They let us know if there were any hiccups and were adaptable to our needs.

We had an excellent experience working with Brian and the Panda team. Great communication and very professional. The work with his crew was seamless as they were very careful to lay tarps and protection for the work to be done as well as a though clean up after.
Due to the May 25th storm our roof was damaged which resulted in significant water settling in the attic.
Our repair required removing the damaged insulation, replacing it and then also choosing to do the update of R60 to be in compliance with new homes being built. All work from beginning to end with Panda was exceptional. Smooth, well informed and timely.
I would recommend Panda (and already have to our neighbours) for the extra bump up of insulation or other work that they may require
