As soon as the roof was repaired, I contacted a number of contractors thru HomeStars. Most (5) responded promptly but only two made it to the final list based on price and delivery. Bloor Homes won the contract since they offered more services for the price and promised to complete the work by the deadline I had set (since I would be going on vacation soon thereafter). Ali was very responsive, knowledgeable, and discussed the available options. His team was courteous and competent. They started and finished the job on time and on budget. I am happy with the work done.

We started a basic reno, but after couple of consulting sessions with BloorHomes design team, we went for a complete makeover. Weve worked with Ali prior to choose his team for this major project. Couple of years ago, Ali advised us to turn the basement of our rental property into a secondary unit.
