David and his team were great from day 1. We looked at several other contractors before choosing Simply Contracting and none were as helpful or thorough during the estimation phase.
Not long after our project began, structural issues were uncovered and the scope needed to change dramatically. David guided us through the process with the city and kept everything on track. We're very happy with the results.
