A Plus Fencing

We highly recommend A Plus Fencing! We have been homeowners for more than 40 years and have hired our fair share of contractors for home improvements and repairs, some great and some not, so we have learned from our good and bad experiences. We had several fencing contractors quote on this job, why did we choose A Plus Fencing? Dave was the only fencing contractor, that came out to our properties and the quote he gave us at this time was the same as the
final contract price, it wasnt the highest quote or the lowest, but his quote was the only quote that didnt change by over $1000. In our experience as homeowners, this was how we knew that Dave was an very experienced fencing contractor for more than
just a few years! Any contractor that can eyeball a job and give you the final estimate, including all materials, labor removal of old materials and all
fees and taxes, right on the spot, knows his work and
is experienced! Dave delivered what he promised, professional work for the price and after 5 days, we now have a very secure, six foot high fence and gates, with all old materials removed from property.

David & Gabriel (Gabe) of "A Plus" Fencing were very prompt and delivered on time, and the price was exactly as quoted.

If I need some fencing in the future I would not hesitate to get them to build another one. Clean up was excellent & no extra costs.

I hired Dave and Gabe to stain my decks. We came to an agreement that they would do it at an hourly rate. Dave started off nice, but is very bad at scheduling. I tried confirming our appointment with him the day before and he didn't respond. It wasn't until 10 am the day of that I saw him at my door and I was just happy he showed up to be honest, I had lost faith at that point. His associate only showed up a few hours later.

Dave assured me that it could all be done in one day, so I was shocked when he called it a day at 4 pm and we were nowhere near done. He didn't communicate how long he was going to need and you can tell he was dragging his feet. I'm not sure if he had over done this before.

I offered him and Gabe a 50% bonus if they finished the job on the second day because I could tell that he was going to continue dragging his feet.

When I started to see them actually start with the stain, I REGRETTED MY DECISION. They were incredibly lazy and didn't move my brand new furniture or light fixtures. They got stain all over my light fixutres and permanently ruined the brand new smart lights that I bought for my backyard. They got stain on my brand new door as well. I asked them to remove screws and string that were in the fence they were staining THREE TIMES and they didn't, they just painted over it.

In the end, they missed so many spots that were very obvious, permanently damaged my hard work to build this deck, and had drips of stain all over the place. I could have hired highschool kids to do a better job.

I asked Dave to come back and fix the work. He said he would do it but didn't respond to me for weeks. In the end he said that he wasn't going to do it. It's a shame since he shouldn't be proud of the work I got in exchange for the good money I paid. The sad part is that it would probably only take him 2 hours to fix what he did.

I am extremely dissapointed and wish I could have had a better story to tell about A-Plus Fencing.

Dave and Gabe did a great job replacing the post and did a great job making sure that the back yard was left intact, as if nothing is ever disturbed.

David was very understanding and accommodating as we had to delay the installation by a few weeks.

They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
