I am currently renovating a house in the annex down to the studs, extending floors and larger windows that required significant structural work, adding rooms, taking them away lots and lots of framing. I had hired another Framer on a recommendation and it turned out to be a disaster. He was unable to continue with the project and had done poor work up until that point I lucked out when I contacted Ihor. He was knowledgeable, prompt, fairly priced, and the quality of his work was incredibly high. I would recommend Frameart to anyone Doing a major renovation or requiring Framing services. Should I do another project on the scale? They will certainly be the first people that I call.

Igor and his team removed two load bearing walls and installed LVL beams. They were responsive, communicative, friendly, professional, patient, and reliable in scheduling the project and ensuring all details were prepared, doing the work, and also following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The team is very knowledgeable and experienced and got the job done in less than a day. There prices were also reasonable. We were very impressed. We have our structural inspection coming up and are hopeful and confident the project will be passed

Igor was amazing. Took one look at the work I needed to get done and was 110% confident in the delivery of the work. He doesnt waste time and you can tell hes very skilled at what he does. He can visualize the outcome before he starts. He helped us close off a loft into 2 separate levels. They worked quickly and it was very efficient. I got quotes from 4-5 other framers and Igors came out the most reasonable as well. Ive already made recommendations of his service to my friends.

Yevhen and his crew were professional, punctual, and very technically knowledgeable, in their execution of framing our entire Semi-Detached structure in Etobicoke. They ensured that our project remained on budget, and on schedule, while efficiently troubleshooting any issues that arose from site conditions.
