My follow-up contact with this company has caused me to reconsider my original rating. When my bathroom fan developed a jarring, grating noise soon after Mitchell's visit, I contacted him again to let him hear the racket. He was to have called me back with a time when he could come to replace the unit. After waiting more than 2 weeks for that call, I contacted another company instead. They came the next day and completed the job for me. Perhaps it was too small a job to be worth Mitchell's time but I wish he would've at least said so.

On time and efficient work. No problem and pleasant to work with.

Asked to hang a chandelier and got a quote in short order and just as quickly booked a day and time with flexibility.
Was great with communication and quote without having visited ahead of the job.
Mitchell provided all the details and concerns for me ahead of the job, such as possibility of needing reinforcement of the ceiling, but luckily we didn't need that.
The team took care to even clean the fixture after it was done. Would gladly hire them for other electrical work.

From start to finish I am so happy with the installation of my pot lights. The quote was the best and to have someone actually come as promised was exceptional. Overall great service and professionalism!
