My washer stopped draining water last weekend and I needed someone to fix it. I posted a note in my local Facebook group asking for recommendations and Eduard reached out to me. I was able to tell him all the preliminary troubleshooting steps I took and, based on the information I provided, he told me what the issue may be and what needs to be fixed. We were chatting as he was working, and I could tell that he really loves his work, and he really knows what he is doing. My washer is working perfectly again, and I am one happy customer. We had an issue with our dryer. Eduard was highly professional and explained and showed us everything that was going on. The repair wound up being somewhat expensive as there actually turned out to be two parts that were broken, but Eduard got the part and fixed it quickly and efficiently.
