The whole process was done efficiently. The guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. We could feel the difference right away.

They arrived on time and installed all of the equipment, turned it on, and it worked fine. There was a fairly complicated procedure to get the remote control to except it program, but thats all now done, and it seems to be affective in as promised.

The work team came out from Brampton on a Sunday yo install our heat pump system. They called to let us know when they would arrive. The team was very knowledgeable and assisted us in finding the perfect locations for the outside unit and indoor heaters. They were polite and very respectful of our home. They worked non stop until the job was completed in poor winter weather and in the dark.

Its very nice to look it. It runs well. Hopefully an energy efficient purchase.Feels like in rebuilding my house from the inside out.
