We hired Arsim to redo our main shower and we're so glad we went with TilePro. Arsim came and assessed the area, gave us great ideas on what we could do and provided us with a very detailed quote. Within two weeks the work was complete!

At all times he was punctual, professional, clean, polite and was very respectful with regards to our baby. He was easy to contact via phone/text and always gave us a heads up if one of the 3rd parties were gonna be late.

I hired TilePro to tile the floor of a small bathroom. They were there the next day, and finished the day after that. They did perfect work: tight fits around the door frame and edges, all the stuff you pay a pro to do.

After receiving Arsims response through Homestars, we booked time the following day for him to come and assess the work required. We received his detailed written quote the following day.

After reviewing 6 quotes, and reading each companys Homestars reviews, we selected Arsim. We met with him and were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and his honesty about what needed to be done, and why. We also were impressed of his knowledge about condo renovations which many of the other contractors lacked.

Arsim, president of TilePro, told us it would take one week to do the job, we were thrilled to hear this! They started on Wednesday and one week later, they were finished.

They were on time, maintained excellent communication throughout the whole renovation, went above and beyond to help us and always kept the work area clean. My wife and I are very pleased and impressed with the first class quality workmanship. Were thrilled the quote we received before work started was what we paid, absolutely no surprises.

I recently renovated a kitchen and bathroom. Arsim and team did a fabulous job. He was professional and courteous and kept me updated on status. They put care in the attention to detail and kept the worksite organized and clean.

Arsim from TilePro ended up doing four full bathrooms in our home. We initially hired him for the first two but we were so pleased with his work that we called him back two more time as we continued remodelling our home over a two year period.

As you can see from the photos he is very skilled in working with a variety of tile sizes and formats. He gave us advice as we selected materials for our job to ensure what we were choosing wasnt just visually appealing but also practical.
