HDL Construction LTD

I hired DHL Construction LTD (Sam) to do a home renovations on my vacant house before I moved in, based on what he boast on his web page, the quality, workmanship and work ethic does not support anything he claims.

A job that should have taken four weeks or less was not even close to been half completed after a month, and to say the least there was little to no quality, this caused me to have to change my appointment with my movers twice and cost me an additional $2,000.00.

I would not recommend this individual to do anything for anyone and the photos in his web pages certainly do not support anything he has the ability to do. I don't know why someone who is painting and flooring an entire house would do the flooring first and then paint and not even cover up the new flooring that was put down.

Anyway if you are thinking of trying this is a company, I wouldn't pay him a dime until he has completed the job to your satisfaction. I paid him $10,000.00 towards the agreed upon costs, plus apparently another $3,900.00 for materials, odd because I purchased most of the materials myself, also he was supposed to provide me with an invoice for what I paid him which still hasn't happened. buyer beware I guess and lesson learned.

Sam is very professional and down to earth. He explained the process and followed through everything he said on time and the level of quality. Already recommended him to a couple of my friends and in my family. Keep up the good work Sam!
