Colton was recommended to us by a local lumberyard. Colton ( Smith) came to our home to provide a quote for a new pillar/post for our porch. My husband then met him at rhe lumber yard and etransferred the pillar payment of $500 directly to him. Colton was to return to our home in the next couple of weeks to install the post and receive final
Payment. Instead he has ghosted us and ran off with the payment. We are looking into both him and the lumberyard . Please beware. The Gardiners

Please do not use this man.

Company Response: lots of miscommunication, the customer was reimbursed a non refundable deposit. customer wasn't happy with having the price change due to materials increasingand scope of work changes, which was past the deadline that the price was honored till, causing a time delay. They didn't approve the updated quote and were returned deposit. Sorry for the inconvenience. we wish the experience was better for you.
