Oni came to replace our kitchen sink and faucet two weeks ago. No problem with the installation or plumbing. However, he did not mention the damage he did to our countertop when he left. We tried reaching out to him to get this fixed or for him to offer a solution on how to repair this damage, but we have heard nothing.

Had a hot water tank that sprung a leak - Oni was quick to get to our house and attempt to fix the leak - hoping it was the pipes. Unfortunately, it was the tank that failed. After purchasing a new tank Oni returned on another day. The disconnect/install of the new tank went smoothly, despite being very awkward to access. (upon my approval/direction he cut through some drywall and we created a new access point to my furnace room). Oni welcomed my suggestions on how to approach this complicated situation and was very agreeable in making it happen. He was efficient, quick and incredibly pleasant. I would work with him again.

I called Oni when my main pipe was clogged. He came so fast and finished the job quickly. He was very organized and polite. I recommend Oni for any plumbing job you might have. Will definitely be using him in the future!!!
