After purchasing an older home, I spent the first two years bailing water and packing soggy drywall out of the basement. I was defeated to say the least. Weeping tile was going to cost a fortune and no one could guarantee it would even solve the problem. Enter Basement Systems Edmonton with a system that makes sense in areas with a high water table. They are professional, affordable and extremely helpful. The sound of that pump running the following spring was music to my ears!! Plus, they remind me every year to get pump service and checked.

From the moment I called Basement Systems, I only ever encountered professional, on time, and an "as you would hope for" experience. Alex, Craig and Ray, were knowledgeable, conscientious and kind. I had one of those "nasty crawl spaces" that seemed almost impossible to tackle. My cement foundation beams had split in two and my house was sinking. I had tried contacting several companies to come and provide a quote but I came up empty at every turn. A friend saw a Basement Systems truck in my small northern Alberta town, and took a photo of it which they sent to me, in hopes Basement Systems, might be able to help my seemingly dire sitution. I am so thankful they did! The large task was completed in 1.5 days through the hard and diligent working crew. I am still amazed and impressed with how smooth the process was. There were no glitches, and no unanticipated/unmanageable issues. The quote I received up front was the exact bill I paid when the job was complete. I don't even have any 'cons' to add with my 'pros', it was such a positive experience. I would highly recommend Basement Systems to family and friends. It makes me sleep better at night, knowing I now have a stable foundation. I'm grateful and offer my sincere thanks to the crew for helping me in my time of need.

Two employees arrived on right on time, very neatly put their boots in the boot tray at the front door (thank you!), they were very efficient, once finished they took the time to explain how the new back-up sump pump works and answered all our questions. Great job well done! This is the second time we have used this company and we would definitely have them back for any future jobs.

We met Alex from Basement systems at a trade show. Alex showed up when promised to quote the job was very friendly and knowledgeable. The guys showed up to do the work when promised and completed on time. They guys were very friendly and personable and worked very hard. They were clean and organized, a real pleasure to have in our home. The work they did was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had water coming in through our basement walls. Basement Systems came in and gave us the best quote (out of 3 we got) and we couldn't be happier with their service. We got the walls waterproofed as well as interior weeping tile installed. The crew were always on time, and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after and explained the whole process. The service crew you sent out this morning where outstanding. Very polite, explained exactly what they were doing and what was going on. Cleaned up after themselves and even took some time out to explain what was going on to my 96 year old father-in-law. Nice to see that they gave the same type of service as he installation crew 2 years ago. Thank you very much for the great service both times.

Saved us a lot of money by not having to excavate our entire foundation to waterproof, highly recommend!
