Nigel was extremely responsive. I posted my request on Monday afternoon and Nigel responded, came by to check it out, and everything was completed by Wednesday. Could not ask for any better. Nigel was also knowledgeable and friendly. We are sure to give him a call in the future!

During last storm water entered my house through bottom of the entrance door. I posted the add and Nigel responded within minutes. Next day he visited the house, purchased the water-stripping and installed immediately. He also noticed a few other issues with my entrance door, communicated with me and fix them. He is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I definitely recommend him.

Nigel and John showed up right on time. We were supposed to remove some of the furniture from the main floor but some of them were just too heavy so they did it for us. The job was done on time and everything according to our agreement. I provided the flooring that I bought on sale almost 1 year ago but I couldnt get reasonably priced contractors. Of course there were some adjustments and Nigel didnt charge me extra for it. Good workmanship and reasonably priced. Job included ground floor, hallway, laundry room with subfloor and baseboards.

Nigel is very knowledgeable in a variety of areas and the more experience I have with him, the more impressed I am. He's worked on eavestroughs, re-tiling patio, and fixing brick blockages for my properties. He is quick to respond and quick to show up. He's also honest, friendly, and reasonably priced.

Nigel is skilled at a variety of things and I highly recommend him. He fixed a lot of the bricks on 2 of my rental houses and reparged a lot of the foundation on my personal home. He installed 2 interlock walkways for me and he is skilled at interlock. I have seen him working at another home doing a larger interlock walkway and stairs and he is building 2 brick retaining walls for me this week. He also redid the interlock stairs and walkway at my sister's home after the first contractor did not do it properly and it sank. Nigel fixed it properly and we are all happy with his work. He also installed siding on my rental house. He's a friendly guy that is honest and trustworthy. I recommend him for any parging, brick repointing, roof and siding repairs. He's not the prettiest looking guy but his work definitely makes up for it.

Needed 2 fence posts pulled from the ground that people had run snapped off by bad driving.

Both posts were 4x4" cedar posts set into concrete 4' into the ground in sonet tubes. I tried a few times to get the posts out but was unable to do so.

I hired Moxam Construction from this site. He showed up on time to do the quote, came in a bit under my budget so we agreed on the work of removing the posts and installing the new ones.

He showed up on time and was done well within the time he would say it would be done. Excellent work and attitude.

I would certainly hire him again.
