Thank you for the great job. My husband and I argued a lot trying to pick a good contractor to remodel our staircase, we finally decided to go with Team after speaking to the owner. Team was honest and straight forward. He told us what we should do to get the best result at the most reasonable price. And our staircase is looking so beautiful now. Team is the best.

Very happy with Team Hardwoods work. They kept their promise to finish the job in 2 days, so we could move in. I wouldnt have known them if my friend hadnt told me about their business. They werent so present online at that time. They didnt even have any Google reviews. When I asked them why they didnt show their nice works online and ask people for Google reviews, they said they were too shy to ask. I never trusted google reviews, but had to chang my mind after going thru Teams photos. When I called them one month after the job, they happily came back to fix some minorr gaps. Sometimes when money is already paid, ppl lose the motivation to complete their service. But Team didnt let me down.

I am writing this review on behalf of my grandma. She cant speak English. Three months ago, my grandma wanted to upgrade her staircase because it made squeaky sounds and pieces were falling apart. She was referred to Tin, the owner of Team Hardwood Floor, by her neighbour who had had his staircase renewed by Tin and was very satisfied with the results. After a phone call, Tin set up a day to come for a free estimate. Yes it was free, my grandmas generation loves everything that is free. Anyway, long story short, he transformed the staircase into a whole new set after 2 days. He and his team worked very efficiently and professionally. My grandma has asthma, so we were very concerned about the dust. Tin was aware of that, and he made sure his team kept the dust at the minimum and cleaned after themself all the time. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs new flooring or stairs.
