This plumber is professional (works fast but does the job correctly, is on time). He communicated clearly about the job and the cost was very reasonable (I compared to others before choosing NorthStream). I'll keep his business card for future work.

The technician Ali , came one time and the work was done very professionally and clean . The quote was very reasonable and it wasnt more than the estimate.

Ali was very flexible and polite as we had to reschedule around the city's availability to shut off the water. He gave me frequent updates by text and responded promptly to all my questions which helped put me at ease about the repair. Thanks to him the whole thing was painless.
