K's Appliance Service

I called K's Appliance Service yesterday, and he answered immediately, setting up an appointment for today. He arrived on time and repaired my unit in less than an hour. It cost me less than I had anticipated. Kuran is very knowledgeable about the lines of appliances available, the reliability of the various brands and the feasibility of either repairing or replacing when they need repair. I will call K's Appliance Service the next time I have an appliance that needs repair as he comes quickly, does as he promised and is fair and honest about charging. Thank you Kuran

My fridge was over cooling. I was referred to Kuran. He explained in detail why my fridge was over cooling. He ordered a part and within a week, he called to make an appointment to replace the defrost thermostat and fan. He wiped away all the melted water and now my fridge is working. Thanks Kuran. I appreciate your expertise and professionalism.

This was a warranty call. Kuran was the 3rd guy to look at our washer and was easily the best dude to come by. He actually fixed our problem and provided us a direct number to call him if there is another issue instead of having to go through the awful insurer.
