Exterior waterproofing of front sides of house
A few months after buying our house, we noticed water on our basement floor. This happened on a few different occasions, with more water showing up each time. We got tired of continuously "bailing" out our basement so we called a few waterproofing companies. The first place we called was Mud Monkeys, based on a review I read on Homestars. Darby called us back right away and despite the fact that it was late Sunday afternoon, he showed up at the house a few hours later. He was informative and totally straightforward about the work that needed to be done and gave us a couple of options on how to approach it. He dropped off a written quote the next day.
We decided to go with them because as I said he was just very straightforward without any sales pitch.
He showed up with his crew and completed the work on time. Not only were the guys fast and hardworking, they were extremely pleasant to deal with and also respectful of our neighbours. They cleaned up all materials, tools etc. after each day. Fantastic. As we said, impeccable work and attitude from Mud Monkeys!!
