West Coast Windows were efficient and friendly. I could not speak highly enough of the great service that they provided us on this project. We will be recommending their service to all of our friends.

initially solicited 3 quotations however, decided for a 4th quote, due to a variety of concerns. quality, service, integrity and value.
My decision on west coast (4th quote) was based on these concerns, and which Bryan had satisfactory achieved and demonstrated. Westcoast is a good company with a good management team, focused on their market, which is quality and value. I had compared 4 competitors, west coast was my choice.
I had evaluated the window quality, company staff, professionalism,
value and integrity and had compared A-1, Retroteck, Vinyteck. In the near future, will proceed with additional windows. Thanks

The install was done on the day promised. The installers showed up at 8-9 AM and were friendly, hard-working, respectful of our living space and very capable of doing a professional installation. The product seems of good quality and the finishing products look very nice.

West Coast Windows was terrific. Their estimator was on time for his appointment and was very knowledgable about the product and the installation method to be used to replace the windows. The installers were also terrific. They arrived on time, worked quickly with little supervision and left the 2 rooms clean and tidy. They cleaned up outside as well and took away the old windows. Brock returned later the same day to install a vent cover which was missing from one of the windows!

Joel the salesman gave us lots of info re different kinds of windows and designs, the product were the best quality we could find on he market and the production staff were efficiant and the installation guys were quick and friendly

Quality windows, and it does make a difference in the winter (less wind noise too). During summer the coating on the glass reduces the heat- Overall installation was done on schedule & very professional team sent.

Window has to be replaced 4 times, every time there were excuses on why the window was not make right. It was most frustrating and I would not recommend to go through the same experience again. Their attitude was terrible and did not apologize for the bad work.

we had west coast windows replace sever a of our old aluminum windows. The price was competitive and the service was great. The installation was not perfect but they returned promptly to correct them. overall, very satisfied.

westcoast windows did a great job. the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. the windows look great and the house is a lot warmer and quieter. i would highly recommend them.

West Coast did a custom door for the bedroom and were able to do a good job. The windows look fantastic and the noise level is reduced considerably. The installers were on time and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Overall we were extremely happy with the experience.
