Peter has had enough experience, that he was able to identify the problem with my fridge filter over the phone and came to the service call in 2 days prepared to fix the problem.
He was courteous and explained the problem to me. He cleaned up after the job and was professional.
This was not my first call to him for appliance issues. I would recommend him.
