M And M Movers

I just recently moved to Brampton. Brent the Owner came out and gave me a guaranteed quote, I was happy with all aspects of the move, I found the guys to be great, the overall price was reasonable and no damages. I will use M and M Moving Systems again. Thanks M and M! Patrick in Brampton

I very rarely write a bad review but I felt I had to with this moving company as we had such a bad experience. Brent was very clear with his marketing for his company...they would do the job as quoted by no more than 10% above the quote. We were moving from a 5 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom condo , so obviously we had downsized alot of our furniture etc...and it should have been a simple move. On moving day Brent was not around he sent his partner and 3 other guys....I did not request 4 men. The loading end went smoothly, they worked very efficiently. At the move in end, a condo they waited in the truck down the road ( not sure why) which wasted time. Once moving started there was a problem getting the elevator to stay on service but only heard from them well into it about that. It took them hours longer than they quoted and then they demanded a $315 charge for the extra men ( again they showed up with 4 we did not request or were we consulted) plus a +10% charge. They were very insistent about getting paid the extra, saying they did not anticipate steps leading up to the condo etc.... Brent quoted the job , it was his responsibility to do it accurately and to insure that what he promised was delivered. On top of all of that they damaged 2 very precious framed prints, broke the glass in another ,even after I asked for confirmation that all pictures and mirrors would be wrapped...obviously they were not. They also damaged a wall that had just been painted in the new condo. We ended up paying them extra....what everyone dreads about a moving company on moving day, guys standing in your kitchen demanding more money! I left a voice mail for Brent with my complaint and I have not heard from him at all. Be careful with this company, what they promise is not what they deliver.

My experience with M & M Moving and their personnel has been very pleasant. Brent went over all the pertinent details about my moving and offered guidance to me to make my decision on a broad base of useful data. The personnel were very cordial and a-okay to work with. Upon arrival at my new home they quickly put and or assembled my furniture as directed. I would not hesitate in recommending M & M moving to another person should the occasion arise. Gary R Beer

M & M movers were the only company willing to keep my contents on the truck and finish my move the next day if required and at month end, their busiest time. I moved from a house to a condo which had a limit on when I could get the elevator. As it turned out we were able to keep the elevator until 9pm and finish the job.
They were on time very efficient and hard working! They shrink wrapped anything that could have gotten damaged. My big screen TV made it with no damage as did my oil paintings. I have had movers that threw the boxes to each other . These guys were careful with EVERY box, not just the ones marked fragile.They went above and beyond. Very nice guys. Things went wrong with my move that were beyond their control. I got keys late, no key for the storage locker so they had to take it all to my suite. They kept me calm when i started to panic. I was told I was crazy to go with a company at the time not many people had heard of but like I said they were the only ones willing to leave my stuff on the truck so I took a chance and as it turned out they were terrific! I would definitely recommend M & M movers! Thank you!

BRENT GAVE US A TIMELY AND ACTURATE ESTIMATE. MOVERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFFESSIONAL. THE GUYS THAT DID THE ACTUAL MOVING WERE HARD WORKERS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE WOULD RECOMMED M AND M MOVERS TO OUR BEST FRIENDS.

I had just heard a horror story of a friend of mine who hired movers who gave him a torrid time and charged him an exorbitant sum.

On the other hand I had received quotes from some reputed movers who told me that my move would take 10 hours to complete and would cost over $ 1000.00

Then came Brent Routley and his team of movers completed the job in 5hrs and at a reasonable sum of money, with no complaints and very very professional

Moving does not get better than this and M & M moving are the people to do this. I even accidently overpaid the invoice price by $ 250.00 which was returned to me promptly.

I was very impressed with the way Brent solicited the business from me and was very honest and sincere. I was even more impressed with Abbas and his team for carrying out the job well ahead of schedule.

Brents reputation follows him and I advise folk to choose M & M movers for their moves. They are simply the best.

Arrived on time, very organized and quick, all was done in just a few hours. Movers were friendly helpful and careful. I had no problems. Brent was great to deal with for the estimate, punctual and pleasant. And the moving guys were great to deal with.

We hired Brent to do our move. It was a hot day, 4 men and 2 trucks showed up on time, Bob's crew was excellent! They were hard working and didn't damage anything, they were also fast and efficient. After looking at references from M & M moving, I decided to hire them. Brent the owner personally dropped off free boxes. On Monday April 16th/2012 the Movers arrived, Abbas and his crew were very good, they were very careful and attentive to any issues, I would strongly refer them to anybody.
