I selected the company based in part on the work they had done with a neighbour, and because of their reviews. 8 windows were replaced in the summer, and 6 months later, no issues whatsoever. Drafts are no longer a problem and they have enhanced the appearance of the house.
Dealing with Serge was a pleasure, he is very low-key, but knowledgeable and professional. He made recommendations when appropriate and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was completed within the identified timeframe, cleanup was immaculate, and the change was dramatic.
I will be contacting him again in the spring for additional work.
