We found Serge through this site, and are sure glad we did! Serge is punctual, professional and polite. His quote was competitive and his work was prompt and extremely professional. We have renovated our house from top to bottom (old house completely gutted) and my only regret is that we didn't find Serge earlier! I can honestly say that he was the best trade's person/business owner that we dealt with. I would have no problem recommending Serge and his company to any of my friends and family. We are so happy that we have gone back to him for a quote on leaf guard covers for our eaves troughs :)

I found All County Aluminum through the Homestars website. From my initial phone inquiry to completion of the job, I felt that Serge considered my satisfaction his top priority.
The project was not particularily straightforward and I had concerns about some of the visual aspects. He was more than will to address my concerns and offered great solutions. When some of the materials were not in stock locally, he was willing to drive to Barrie to purchase what was needed. I have had lots of work done on my house and it is a great pleasure to meet someone who insists on providing such top notch service and quality workmanship. When a small portion of the job had to be put on hold because of an obstruction beside the house, Serge stored the materials and said to call when the tree was removed. I did so and he returned promptly to complete the work. Everything functions well and looks great. I couldn't be happier.

Serge replaced some of our eaves, replaced the downspouts and installed leaf guards. Serge was a pleasure to deal with from the time we requested an estimate right through to job completion. The property was left clean; there was no scrap or garbage left behind. Recently, we called Serge to ask if he could help us out with a door problem. He came within two business days and our door was fixed in less than five minutes. Quality work and professionalism. Serge is currently preparing a quote for replacing some windows for us. I recommend All County Aluminum for work on your homes exterior.

Our terrible money pit of a house needed yet more work and All County provided a reasonable quote to tear off all our eavestroughs and downspouts and replace them. Our old downspouts were relocated to better positions and the original entry points into the ground sealed off as required by the city. Serge also checked the fascia and reported back to me mid-job: a portion needed replacing and this was done for a small extra amount. A little extra shingling was done for free. The job was completed at the end of February, in very cold and snowy conditions and it looks very smart...we've had drainage issues affecting our basement but already the eaves seem to be functioning better...no drips.

It was early Sunday when a large pot came sailing through our front bay window and it was a cold -20 outside. We had to get the window repaired as quickly as possible. I made several calls to Window contractors (several on this site) and Serge was the only one to call me back. Serge offered to come by right away and even offered to temporarily close up the large hole. Measurements were take and 2 days later I had a new window with a better r-value and thicker glass. Dealing with Serge was a pleasure and I would highly recommend using him for any Window related services. He took extra care in cleaning up both inside and outside. I just wish I had found him before having all my windows upgraded last summer. I would have saved money and had a better job done.

Serge provided his estimate towards the end of the year when inclement weather was the order of the day. Nevertheless both Serge and Serge attended whenever it was possible in order to finish the job by the end of the year. They were indeed successful and we were extremely impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and diligence.

Serge visited my house for an estimate to solve a leaky wall....i thought the solution was new siding - he actually recommended i go with stucco which is something he didn't have the capability to do....

he then went up the ladder to measure the angle of the slope of my eavestrough and discovered it was noticeably off and that the previous instalkler should fix it;

to me, that's a great quality for a proffesional - he recommended a course of action that did not benefit him and he climbed a ladder to provide me with more information....when i need siding i am calling Serge!

We were very satisfied with our new siding. The work was done fast to a very high standard. Also, out of all the quotes that we received, All County Aluminum was easily the best value. I would definitely recommend this company.

From the moment Serge arrived at the house to give us a quote to the moment Serge and Serge finished, working with All County was a treat. The quality of the workmanship seems excellent but almost as important to me was how nice it was to work with these two men.
