We got a hot water replacement about 2 yrs ago, replacing our 1999 tank.
We have had service three times now because the parts are needing replacement. First time no hot water all of a sudden, second time in fall of 2022, not much hot water available, our Enbridge bill and hydro increased in a month by a total of over $70.00 more because the tank kept trying to heat up the water 24/7. Luckily they had a cancellation and came the same day. New part put on but now Im stuck with the extra cost of gas and hydro. Not happy with the quality of the tank compared to my 1999 one.
