Courteous, reliable, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time! I had a builder installed furnace humidifier that stopped working, so I called Reliance to book an appointment. Customer Service told me upfront it would cost $89 for the inspection/diagnosis. I was able to choose a time window in the evening (between 7-11pm), which was great because I didn't need to take time off from work. The technician, Derek, called me about 45 mins prior to let me know approximately when he would arrive. He arrived promptly and was very courteous. I showed him to the humidifier. Sure enough, the humidifier worked when he was there, so I asked about replacement anyways. He gave me the pricing and some options. I explained what I observed before, and he did some more inspection and the unit malfunction as I had seen earlier. I opted for the replacement, which was $100. The whole diagnosis and replacement took less than an hour, but he was very thorough, took the time to answer questions, explain the operation, and did a better job cosmetically than the original installation! I would definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort!
