We recently decided to make the upgrade from out 50GAL water heater to a tankless water heater (Rinnai RUC98i). For starters we are absolutely trilled knowing we are saving a bundle over the life of the unit, as we will be using less gas/energy to heat our water, and not to mention how much space we have added in our furnace room. Knowing how much the conventional water heater energy it was consuming, and wasting was ridiculous.
Nevertheless, we made the move and Jarred D. was our point-man for the install. He was very knowledgeable and took his time answering all my questions and emails.
The installation team were prompt and courteous with the install, even laying carpet over our floors and stairs to limit dirt in the home. We were told the install would take 4-6 hours, the team finished in about 2 hours.
After the install we experienced some issues, the appliances on our main floor -- laundry, fridge and dishwasher stopped working. There was no incoming water. We reported the issue with Jarred immediately (Sunday morning). By Monday afternoon, we had the install team back on-site, and were able to resolve our issue within an hour.
Overall the process upgrading was great, the customer service was excellent, and quality of work was terrific. I would highly recommend Reliance, Jarred, and/or Mike and Ryan (Install team) any day! Thanks everyone.
