In all the years that I've had techs. from Reliance/Holmes this is without a doubt the very best service I have ever received. Dave did checks and balances that no one else had ever done. He was very thorough in all that he did and explained things clearly and was very professional and friendly. This is the person I will be requesting the next time I need service. Thank you Dave.
