My phone call yesterday to request a service call for my water heater was preemptive. I wanted to know my 12 year old rental was still in good order. Manoj heard my hesitancy and answered my questions respectfully. Before I could ask, he asked me if I would be interested in hearing about any other products during the service call. I did not, and I am grateful he asked.
Bill did call before he came today and was equally respectful, offering a couple of good pointers. Thank you.
