Rental hot water tank install. 2nd attempt (1st person didn't have appropriate tool). Great work. Super friendly guy. Ran into some snags but didn't want me to have to take more time off work, so he made it happen. Thanks employee #1763.

Tom Gianitsopulos was very helpful in helping me understand the savings involved in upgrading to a high efficiency furnace. I would highly recommend him and reliance to anyone interested in getting a new furnace.

To rotate the Water Tank and change the Vent from Black to White

Today we had a Technician Joey (Employee # 977) from Reliance Home comfort. He had done a fantastic job to replace the water Tank and put the new vent which is approximate 20 ft
He is very professional and hard working guy. Initially 4 technicians came from Reliance to see work and they were advising to cut the dry wall but as per my minimum knowledge i did not agreed to cut the dry wall. Finally Joey done this fantastic job without cutting drywall

TECHNICIAN CALLED TO ADVISE HE WOULD BE IN THE AREA BETWEEN 2-4 PM. ARRIVED AT 2:30 PM. CAME IN ASSESSED THE ISSUE AND FIXED IT WITHIN 10 MINUTES. QUICK COURTEOUS AND ACCURATE SERVICE IS WHAT I APPRECIATE AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID TRAN AND FLAN-AIR.

took three phone calls and one time wasting service call to convince Reliance that my 16 yr. old RENTAL water heater needed to be replaced. Once that was accomplished... the young fellow arrived, polite, friendly - fast. Job done now I have hot bath water in the morning... YEAH!

Broken water heater

When the water heater broke, we called reliance and they got a company called flan air to fix the problem. The technician was Steve Sobratee and he was knowledgeable and courteous.
He explained the issue and quickly fix the problem.
Without a doubt, he was very professional and we will highly recommend him as a technician.

So happy I called Reliance to do this for us in our new home in Waterloo On! Richard K (1568) was just the person for the job. Called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous, efficient, thorough and taught me a lot. Even took the time to give info on what to do with our A/C. No other company will be looking after us but these guys!! It's the 'old fashioned' customer service that's hard to come by these days.
