Furthermore, my interactions with the sales personnel were not entirely satisfactory. There were instances where their sales approach felt pushy. Despite renting four products in March, I have been unable to fully utilize any of the services as intended.
The technicians assigned to address issues with the rented products appeared to lack adequate understanding of the equipment. Additionally, there were attempts to upsell additional products during their visits, which was not aligned with my expectations.
Regrettably, an ongoing issue that has persisted for over four months remains unresolved. Despite assurances, the area manager, who was meant to address these concerns, failed to follow up as promised, leaving me feeling neglected and without a resolution.
