Nick came over in the fall of 2011 to cap my bbq gas line. He was quite friendly, professional and identified some issues with some other gas lines I had outside my home. However, after promising to come back and fix my gas range and after repeated calls to Nick for a few months thereafter– my range still isn’t fixed. I guess some jobs are too small.

From our initial contact with him, Nick was a pro. Our home had no existing range hood or duct work and he was clear and forthcoming as to what would be involved, giving us an honest appraisal of what the work would entail. His quote was reasonable and spot-on. It's nice when someone knows their job well enough that the estimate is an accurate reflection of what the job will actually cost.

When booking the install, he accommodated our schedule and was able to squeeze us in on rather short notice. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner, is functional, and looks great. Thanks Nick!

Bad experience. I am a new home owner so I go to this website to get a good contractor to do the job. Get 3 quotes pick the middle one because it seemed reasonable. When the job is finished it cost more than expected. Also there was 2 gas leaks in the house when the job was completed which didn't get fixed until multiple calls to Nick and 3 days later. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS SAFTEY HAZARD. My furnace also runs on gas and I had to shut the gas off in October. He did fix the problem and laid the blame on the guy he was working with. I was also compensated with $50 dollars. They constantly complained about the thickness of the wall, the traffic they would run into if they didn’t get out of there at the right time. In my opinion they did not act professional.

Nick was very accommodating and went out of his way to help us out, coordinate his time with Enbridge, and make sure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible. Thank you.

installer was on time and knew exactly what he needed to do. We had over the range microwave, dishwasher and waterline installed. Everything was installation a professional manner and so far there have been no issues related to the installation.

Metro West came out and installed our kitchen appliances, including a wall mounted oven, and also gas line for bbq. They were efficient and courteous and knew what they were doing. They even price-matched a previous quote I obtained from another service provider. Everything is working great. Thanks Metro West!

After moving into our new home, we contacted Metro West Gas to install a natural gas barbecue hookup on our deck. Nick gave us an estimate by phone, then came out and completed the job promptly. Because we have a finished basement, he had to run the piping around the outside of the house, but he worked with us to find the best solution. We're very satisfied with the end result, and would recommend Metro West Gas any time. Thanks for a job well done!

After leaving a voicemail, I received a call from Nick the very same day to arrange for the install. He was polite, upfront, and thorough about all aspects of the job before pricing out. What I particularly appreciated is how he took on other separate tasks (minor cabinetry, plumbing of sink, etc.) in order to have all appliances installed and fully functional. All plumbing, electrical, and gas lines were installed neatly in the basement. All appliances were perfectly levelled and centred. He even managed to get our stove to sit right against the wall... wife really appreciated that. Nick did a fantastic job with our appliances and we'll make sure to use/refer his services in the future.
