Troy came at exactly the appointed time a couple of days later, went up on the roof, and checked the attic. He confirmed a racoon had been in there once, but could not find an entry point. He was friendly, obviously knowledgeable and thorough, and even though he quoted me $300, only charged $100 since he didn't have to install or fix anything. I would highly recommend this firm.
