I had rats a few years ago and again recently. The first time I used them, I was fed up from using other well reviewed (on Homestars) contractors that visited my home over 5 times without results and rats were going throughout my home. GTA was able to come once and put enough poison at the right spot that I did not hear anything again.
Now on, when I have problems, I fully trust GTA for the job. Kevin has always been on point and they set realistic expectations on how to resolve the problem instead of the pointless dreams that many others offer.
