Heard from them within hour of placing request on their website; same-day service; tested electrical supply and confirmed that furnace igniter problem was not due to power surges. Genelle, Nasser & Steven were excellent to deal with--very clear about what they could do re diagnostics, and also about what they would do--very reliable, informative and pleasant. Later that afternoon they gave me quotes on further work I asked about. Will hire them for future work. Very impressed.

. Your Home Electricians do 'the little jobs' --like installing ceiling fans--that other electricians often won't do. The repairmen made sure that the fan mount bracket was securely installed, with two extra screws in the concrete. The fans did not need to be balanced, and are far safer than the ones that were replaced--those could not be balanced, and vibrated badly, and were in danger of falling from the ceiling. Peace of mind and safety were worth the cost and I give Your Home Electricians my highest recommendation for professionalism, punctuality, civility, and neatness.

This company does not offer quotes or ballparks up-front, though they accidentally did for me, which was not at all what the actual price was. The cost incurred was $99 to come to the house, and $129 per fixture (replacing existing basic, flush mount lighting fixtures). A two-hour visit cost nearly $700, which is a lot more than what Homestars itself claims is the average electrician fee ("fully licensed electrician can charge between $65 to $130 per hour, depending on the complexity of the job and their license type"). Obviously the price was well over twice that.

I appreciate that the management called back two and a half weeks after the initial voicemails that I left, to try to remedy my concerns.

This was work well done. The team took there time to listen to my concerns and when over costing with me prior to the work being done. Everything issue I had and provided a through explanation. Very professional and will use them again. My lights are up and extremely happy with there work.

We needed several things done. They came in and gave a detailed quote breakdown. They were able to meet our tight deadlines. They were friendly did a great job! We would choose this company again.

Just this past week (early October 2022) I was visited by the great electricians from AC Electrical. Haidar the apprentice and two electricians, Vladimirs and Joe came to install additional electrical receptacles in my basement and run internet cable from my basement to my main floor. I had a very positive experience. They showed up on time and quickly got to work establishing a way of threading the internet cable from my basement through a narrow conduit in my concrete floor to reach my main floor living space. They were successful at threading the internet cable through the conduit with minimal damage to drywall and NO visible evidence of the install on my main floor. They quickly installed electrical receptacles and linked them with the nearby main electrical panel. They even fixed my smoke detector which was slightly ajar after a recent battery swap.
They were neat and tidy and cleaned up the area where the electrical install occurred. They completed the job by labeling the new receptacles on my panel.
It was comforting that the same electrician who came in to see the job and provided the quote also returned to complete the job once I agreed to go forward so he understood what were the key uncertainties about the install (the ability to thread the internet cable to the main floor).
They provided all of the material as well.
Working with the office was also great as they provided all of the documentation that I needed to satisfy my condominium board that this was a safe electrical installation.
I would definitely turn to this company again for another electrical matter.
