I went to this store as our new house obviously needed fixtures. We bought 6 fixtures and one of the six just didn't fit our decor. I went back to the store and pleaded with them to take it back and even offered to give them money to redo the wiring bc my husband had already cut the wires. They wouldn't budge or offer some kind of solution. Very disappointed in the customer service. Not even happy with the sales associate who helped us as she seemed to have known nothing about anything. It was as If she was taken from the street to help with their sales event.
