Dom did an amazing job fixing a brick wall for us that was badly damaged due to water damage. He was the only contractor that was willing to take on the project as many didn't want to do the work. He was great to communicate with and walked me through his method. I would highly recommend Dom. STS was involved in the project, from beginning to end. Scott was integral in the design, planning and completion of the project. Our project included a kitchen gut and rebuild, new floors, baseboard and trim, new interior doors, removal of popcorn ceilings, drywall patching and mudding and painting, full bathroom gut and redo, tiling backsplash and shower, capping stairways, installing new stair railings, and wardrobe built-ins. We are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the finished results! Scott was easy to work with, knowledgeable, reliable, and accommodating of our requests and schedule. Sal and his team are wonderfully skilled with a high attention to detail. Just as important, they are good people. One too many times, you get contractors that you wished you hadn't welcomed into your home. Definitely not the case with Sal's Renovations. From initial estimate, to job completion, they are consummate professionals. Friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond in the care with which they considered materials for our job, ensuring we had a proper estimate with appropriate attention to details, and in how they handled themselves on a day to day basis in our home. Even though this job in particular was a smaller project, Sal and Arie still dedicated themselves wholeheartedly, working diligently throughout. They are the type of guys that bring your bins back to your garage, just because they happen to be there anyway, or who step in to help with a nail gun when your son inadvertently rips something off the wall unrelated to the project at hand. Professional, thoughtful and skilled. I'm really happy I've discovered Sal's Renovations because next time I won't need to go through the process of searching for a general contractor when I can just pick up the phone and call them. I dont shy away from smaller projects though. I do very much enjoy deck builds and exterior finishing like siding/ aluminum work. I take pride in being efficient and staying competitive to meet your budget. I am fully insured. I have been in business for almost 10 years. I take pride in doing my own. This for me means that If I take on a large project for you I will be doing majority of the work. I dont like going under the title of a “general contractor”. In my experience I find that this ushually means the work is being sub contracted out to several people and if the time comes were there is possibly a issue the customer gets more false promises then solutions. I dont want that for my reputation so I stick to what I know and consistently am straight forward to the client. Honesty is key.

We cannot say enough about Dream Team Construction and the owner, Jason. We have worked with Jason on several projects over a number of years in 2 different homes. DTC and Jason was referred to us when we needed to urgently replace rotting wood frame windows in our primary bedroom where there was considerable water damage to the walls and floor. And it was right around Christmas 2015! They were able to remove the old windows, repair sub-flooring, flooring and drywall. They were flexible to work with the schedule of the window company and carpet installers. Their work was amazing quality and so when we needed to update our main bathroom next, we called DTC right away. The sink was leaking and the pipes had corroded and we needed repairs/replacement right away! Again, they were able to fit us in quickly and did wonderful work we replaced everything but the bathtub. Jason easily installed new flooring, repaired/replaced damaged drywall, prepped for painting, installed new toilet, vanity, sink, plumbing etc. Everything looked and worked perfectly and lasted for many years. Jason also has a modern esthetic that assists in project planning and working within specific budget parameters. DTC next did a complete renovation of our basement. Jason created a few options for us to choose from based on our vision and needs. We moved forward with one option that was completed on time, on budget and he working closely with us on all aspects. Jason brought in the right people to wire and install all electrical. Jason personally worked on all prep of walls, sub-floor and then installation of a new staircase, all drywall (walls and ceiling), doors, flooring, electric fireplace, all wiring for entertainment system and electronics. Everything completed with precision and great attention to detail. Jason isnt done until it is perfect! We then completely gutted and renovated our ensuite bathroom which involved replacing tub with a beautiful glassed in spa shower complete with tiled niches, pebble stone floor, custom glass doors and custom storage system. All walls were replaced with bead board, plumbing, fixturing and flooring replaced. All done again to perfection, and on schedule. When we moved homes, Jason travelled to work with us again and installed a new floor to ceiling stone tile surround around our family room fireplace, updated the lighting, moving us to smart lighting, installed a faux ceiling beam and beautiful wood mantel. As well, working in a wiring system and mounting our TV above the fireplace. He also installed stock cabinetry that he framed to ensure it looked built in and incorporated into the fireplace wall. It all came together so beautifully! Most recently, we had DTC back to update 2 bathrooms for us with drywall repairs, installation of new plumbing, new vanitys, lighting all in a matter of 2 days! A few more things about DTC and Jason: he is so responsive, knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, renovation, estimating and getting it done to perfection! He is also meticulous about the work area and keeping the rest of your living spaces free of dust, debris, tools etc. Whether you have a repair or a major renovation, Jason can do it all you will be so happy with the process, the end result and the new friend you have made! Note: each project varied in cost/investment. DTC is competitive and honest.

Masters of Their Craft! We initially hired Reza to design and build a deck around our new hot tub. The finished product included a privacy panel and stairs. We were so impressed with Reza and his teams professionalism and expertise that we hired them again to design and create a backyard retreat which included privacy fencing. Rezas team created a beautiful stone patio and firepit which connected to a stone pathway along the side of our house. The garden was cleaned up and a stone border was installed. When the backyard looks better than the front yard, what do you do? Work with Reza again to create the design! The front of our house now has a stone garden bed and pathway, and privacy screening which complements the natural beauty of our neighbourhood. To tip this design over the top, Reza added soft outdoor recessed lighting along the pathway, and spotlights in the garden bed. Rezas team also built a solid wood garden bed in front of the porch and added lighting as well. Reza and his team are masters of their craft. The team is meticulous and friendly, and their work is impeccable. Reza is a wonderful person and very easy to work with. We are so happy with the results they truly made our house a home and we cant thank them enough. We will be hiring Reza for all future projects and highly recommend them.
