I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation. I have experience applying for building permits, coordinating drawings, and working with municipalities and inspectors to move projects forward properly. I’ve also pulled ESA permits for residential electrical work completed as an owner and successfully passed inspections. My construction experience includes full-house plumbing installations and septic connections, interior framing, drywall, decks, landscaping, and HVAC mini-split installations. I’ve completed small-scale residential electrical work such as pot lights, switches, receptacles, and dedicated circuits (15A, 20A, 30A, and 40A) where permitted. My name is Ezaaz Saeed, I have been working in construction for 10 years. My interest in this field started early in my life, as I always enjoyed using my hands to build things. I went to Central Technical high school where I took specialized courses in carpentry. From there, I continued my journey and went to George Brown College to study Building Renovation Technician and established early skills in framing, flooring and drywall. After graduating, over the next 6-7 years I worked for construction companies in the GTA that provide home renovation services. Once I gained technical skills and had a considerable amount of work experience, I wanted to start my own business where I could establish a long-lasting working relationship with my clients.
