My toilet was leaking and after another plumber was a no show, I really appreciated the professional services of Jeremy and Abdul! Jeremy answered my call right away and came the next morning. I had a new glass shower installed a few years ago. The 10ft (6 inch wide) panel that connects to the door, came loose. Turned out the previous installation was done wrong. Limar came by to inspect. Showed me the problem. Required a new panel with proper hardware. Was able to re-purpose some components. Paid my deposit for the panel. They came and did a nice clean install job. Would def recommend. Great people skills and organized. Did not try to upsell me on anything like some of the others I had come price the job. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gabriel from Bruning Homes Construction and I am beyond impressed with their level of professionalism, the quality of their work, and their commitment to customer satisfaction. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Gabriel and his team are dedicated to delivering top-notch service. They were incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, which gave me confidence that I had chosen the right team for the job. One of the most impressive things about Gabriels company is the care and attention they put into ensuring that their customers are happy. They truly listen to your needs and work with you to make your vision a reality. Throughout the project, I felt like I was a priority, and it was clear that they take great pride in making sure every detail is perfect. Whether it was offering design suggestions or making sure the construction stayed on schedule, their professionalism and dedication were evident every step of the way. In an industry where its often difficult to find contractors you can trust, Gabriel and his team stand out for their honesty and reliability. Its unfortunate that many people have had bad experiences with contract workers who dont deliver on promises or disappear halfway through a project. However, with Gabriels Company, you can put those worries to rest. They stand behind their work, and their integrity shines through in everything they do. I felt completely comfortable relying on their expertise and knew that the project was in good hands from start to finish. What also sets Gabriels team apart is their creativity and passion for design. Their ideas are innovative and exciting, and they brought a fresh perspective that I hadnt even considered. They transformed my space into something truly special, and I cant overstate how happy I am with the final result. Not only did they make the space functional and beautiful, but they also added tremendous value to my property. Gabriels team has a knack for taking a basic concept and turning it into something extraordinary, and they are eager to share their knowledge and expertise with their clients. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their pricing is. Given the high quality of their work, I expected the project to come at a premium, but Gabriels company offers excellent value for money. They are transparent with their pricing and do a fantastic job of staying within budget without sacrificing the quality of their work. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Gabriel and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and creative contractor. Their professionalism, reliability, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them a standout in the industry. If youre looking for a contractor who will not only meet your expectations but exceed them, Gabriel and his team are the ones to call. I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know. 100% trust and satisfaction guaranteed!

I engaged Moose Group for a major renovation of my semi-detached East York home throughout the summer and fall of 2023. From the first meeting, their chief estimator, Steve, was knowledgeable, applied no pressure (encouraging us to get other quotes) and was a consummate professional. After engaging Moose for a full basement installation (office, rec room, laundry room, utility closet, bathroom, new stairs with storage underneath), full hvac installation, upstairs bathroom reno, front porch enclosure, and new flooring and painting throughout, Steve remained engaged with the project. His numerous connections, problem solving skills and overall ability to get things done, were invaluable with the many questions and complications that arise on a large-scale renovation in an old house. Thank you Steve! Moose assigned us a day-to-day point person, Nick, who was on-site everyday coordinating the many tradespeople, engineers, and inspectors on site and keeping us close to our timeline and trouble-shooting and handling issues as they arose. Alex, in charge of the homes division, and Mark, the CEO of Moose, also regularly checked in on progress and assisted when needed, particularly with permits, or paperwork required for rebates, etc. I was extremely happy with the finished work and even happier that the quoted estimate was exactly what we paid for each element of the reno, unless we opted to change or upgrade something. There were no hidden costs and no unexpected price increases, which is rare in my experience. We have received many compliments, especially on our front porch and basement. The basement bathroom turned out particularly nicely and Id like to give a shout-out to Andy for his beautiful work on the tile and grout! My only advice to prospective clients is to make a point to visit the showroom in-person to ensure youre happy with selections as colours and textures can appear different virtually than in-person, and to come with ideas and pictures and plans for the designer to work with to arrive at exactly the design you want. I strongly recommend Moose for your home renovation!

When our furnace started to malfunction, I called Edward, who was my furnace maintenance serviceman. Edward came by and gave our furnace a temporary fix. He pointed out that there was a leakage in the system, and the fix would likely not last. Seeing that our furnace was twenty years old, my wife and I decided it was time to replace the system, and since Edward had given us good reliable service in the past, we thought he would be the appropriate provider. Two days later, Edward arrived as scheduled with two other servicemen. They fully protected (the flooring of) the part of the house through which they had to move the equipment to get to the basement where the furnace is normally housed. They cleared an adequate area so that they could worked reasonably comfortably. For three to four hours, they worked furiously at dismantling the old furnace, and installing the new one. Throughout the process, they seemed to know exactly what to do. The only question they had was one concerning the exhaust pipe, as regulations have changed. In the end, they completed the installation, moved everything in the basement back in place, and did a general sweep up. Because the new furnace is a little smaller than the old one, the basement actually seems to have gained some space in the process. At the conclusion of the installation, Edward accompanied me to the site, explained the equipment to me. He also explained the invoice to me and answered my queries. This marks the second time I have dealt with Edward, first time being furnace maintenance last year. I always find him to be a very trustworthy person. He is quiet but he tells you everything you should know and need to know. He is a man of his words, and certainly very knowledgeable, and gets things done. Now I know he is also technically very competent, and can organize teams to get systems installed.

The sunroom addition project has been our biggest house reno project, and after meeting with several companies, we feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen "Home Complete Construction." From the initial stages to the final touches, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The design of the sunroom seamlessly integrated with our home's character and fulfilled our exact needs. The entire process was executed with precision and professionalism, with seamless handling of permits and city public hearings, taking much of the stress off our shoulders. The construction phase was truly the highlight, with remarkable organization and a consistently tidy job site. We can't speak highly enough of the team, including Giancarlo, Mal and Dhonny, whose dedication and amiable presence made the whole process an enjoyable experience. Dhonny pays extreme attention to details, from selecting high-quality materials to addressing potential issues like temperature-related expansion and contraction, was impeccable. Any flawed materials were promptly returned, and the custom made windows and doors added a stunning touch of quality. He addressed potential issues like expansion and contraction due to temperature changes in seasons. The meticulous sealing of all parts to prevent leaks in any weather conditions truly impressed us. The finished sunroom was nothing short of stunning - it exceeded all our expectations, and it has brought immeasurable joy to our family. Thank you CHC for your outstanding work! My garage door had come off the rails. The company responded quickly and the job was done efficiently but the price was excessive for the work performed. The tech was working less than half an hour and the parts used were minimal (new rollers only, no springs). There was also a hard sell to replace the doors. To note, the original quote was 1250 plus tax but somehow became less when my jar dropped. I wish I had let my jaw drop further.

DO NOT HIRE AMIR - THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF OTHER OPTIONS Amir M. installed a new gas water heater in my residence last year. Enbridge did an inspection on the house due to an unrelated service call. They flagged Amir’s work and tagged the gas line with a WARNING TICKET and gave us 45 days to fix the problem. Amir connected the gas line to the furnace line. That is not to code. I immediately contacted Amir. He kept saying he will come…gave me the run around for weeks and did not show up. If my gas is not fixed in the next week Enbridge is going to shut off the gas!!!! I am in the process of hiring another licensed tech to do the work. I feel upset that Amir did not do a proper install and cut corners. But I am more upset that he has given me the run around and not stood behind his work. We all make mistakes but we must be held accountable if we are not prepared to fix them.
