Raphael was generous with his time and effort. Really appreciated his honesty in the up front cost and his help. We moved to a new property that had a digital lock from Telus Security. Telus told me I needed to buy a whole new one, and another side door lock that needed new keys for. Raphael rekeyed both and it saved us from spending so much money had we gotten new locks. He scheduled with me promptly and showed up on time - super helpful and I am grateful for his help! Highly recommend!

Install or replace shutters or blinds- 30 Nov 2025
A year and a half ago, Val helped me replace the shades in my condo. I had the typical condo perforated shades, which let in a lot of natural light. Working from home, I found the natural light very distracting. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, just that it should block most of the natural light and have a modern aesthetic. Val provided a solution that used a dual motorized roller, with channels and drapes to block light at the edges. One shade was opaque, to block light, and a second shade was translucent, to allow natural light to illuminate the room. Since then, I’ve really appreciated how much the new shades enhance the space. I adjust them daily using the remote control or the mobile app to set the right amount of light. If I want a calm, dim room, I can fully lower the opaque shades. If I want to light up the space, I can raise the opaque shades and lower the translucent shades. If I want to step out onto the balcony, I can raise both shades. Thanks Val!

We had Sam and his team do a variety of jobs around our place, including some plumbing work that necessarily turned into a larger piece of work. Sam was a great communicator, the work was good quality and the price was good and they left the place tidy as well. Would definitely work with them again.

We hired these guys last year to install a shutoff valve onto our gas line and hook up our gas bbq. Weve now been smelling gas very frequently and its clear the piece they installed is corroded, rusted and leaking. Ive tried to reach out a couple of times over the last couple of weeks to ask them to come and fix the issue (obviously leaking gas is very dangerous!) and theyve never responded. Really disappointed in the quality of work and lack of customer service. More than happy to adjust my review if this is addressed.

Install or replace beam- 29 Jun 2026
I recently hired Ehsan to put up a supporting beam for our new kitchen. Ehsan answered me promptlly, came to look as promised on time, and after we spoke, came back at the time he had said he will start. He and his team are professional, and clean. Ehsan kept me informed as we progressed through the project. We are very pleased with the work they have done. We passed inspection with no issues the next day, which took a load off my shoulders. Thankyou Ehsan and your team for your professionalism and experience. I would definitely recommend E B for their services.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work this team did on my luxury bathroom renovation. They showed up on time every single day, stayed on schedule, and finished the project exactly when they promised — which is rare these days! The quality of the materials and craftsmanship was truly outstanding. Every detail, from the tiles to the fixtures, was installed perfectly. The crew was professional, respectful, and very easy to communicate with — no stress, no mess, no drama. What impressed me most was how clean and organized they kept the site throughout the project and after completion. You could tell they really cared about doing things right. If I have another project in the future, I won’t even look elsewhere — I’ll definitely hire this team again and recommend them to anyone looking for high-end, worry-free renovation work.
