Fantastic Job, Start to Finish I hired Henry for a full kitchen and bathroom reno, and I couldn’t be happier. Some of the other contractors I spoke to were pushy or hard to get a straight answer from. Henry was the opposite—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. He had the best pricing by far and even suggested ways to get the results I wanted while keeping costs down. The bathroom looks incredible—he really understood what I was after and made it even better. In the kitchen, he went the extra mile to find the right materials and made the design I had in mind actually happen. The work was top notch, the space was kept clean, and it all moved along quickly. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. There were no major issues, and the few small things that came up were handled without any hassle. Very happy with Sergio and his crew. I hired them to fix a chimney that was leaking, resulting in water in our basement. Sergio gave me an in depth explanation of what the issue was and provided me with a solution at an affordable price. His crew was fast, friendly and efficient. The job looks great - he somehow managed to find brick to match our original brick - and they left the job site spotless. Many thanks to Brian, Jason and Sergio! He provided a list of suppliers to choose the materials. His crew was experienced, careful, and courteous. During the project, Kevin had problem buying the tiles we specified on the first day, he was accommodating to give time for us to find an alternate, while keeping his team working. To address our concern about future water leaks, Kevin even offers a 2 year warranty for our peace of mind. Thank you Kevin and team. This review has been a long time coming! A little over 1.5 - 2 years ago I reached out to Novak regarding replacing my old eves/gutters and downspouts. Novak was super responsive and not only delivered my quote quickly, but in person! He went above and beyond, and the quote provided was fair and in line with what I expected for the project. But what was more important to me was the professionalism and knowledge he exhibited. I knew this was someone I could trust my house with, and I take that very seriously. His crew arrive on the schedules date and completed their work and the clean up within a day, and my eves and downspouts have never looked better. Even years later! I was so pleased with the work they did and how much it changed the look of my home. SCAM ALERT - Took 60% money and left w half done damaged job site. I posted a job here for hardwood refinishing. Got contacted by Tristen, met w him and hired them to do the job. Earlier he said its only 20% deposit and rest on job completion. But when he started he asked for more money like at the end of the day. They started the Job which I dont think they knew how to do. They worked w rental tools, left the floors scratched using drum sander, stained half job site blochy and leaving other half unstained. Did not even sanded to.a proper grit. Unprofessional, They used to come at around 11 am and leave at usual 6 pm, spending a lot of time in between just chatting. Spent a whole week doing only sanding to a quoted 4 day job containing sanding, staining and poly. They took about 60% of they money on monday, soon after went to get the "rental polisher" and then stopped picking calls and no reply to messages either. To a prospect home owner - You better stay away.

The area was roughly 1300 sqft. CJ and his crew did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to make everything perfect and went out of his way to take care of additional details for both us and our neighbors. The driveway has never looked this good before and I am really impressed with their work. I would good them again if need be in a heartbeat.

Excellent service provided by Scott. I had a challenging situation given the racoon and babies were in a part of the attic inaccessible. Used a sound machine to flesh them to another accessible part of the attic and Scott was then able to remove them. Not only did he solve the issue, but he returned and found another access point that he permanently blocked. He returned a total of 3 times to finally reunite the mother with the babies. He knows what he is doing, does a great job, communicates clearly what he is going to do, and took care to treat the animals humanely, keeping the babies in a safe box until the mother could retrieve them.
