We were looking for a company to replace our old patio with interlock. Daniel was very fast to respond the our inquiry, listen to what we were looking for and proposed a great design. We ended up replacing the patio, sidewalks and doing natural stone porch Daniel suggested. Price discussion was quick and fair. He offered clear options that allowed us to figure out what was working for our budget. He was very clear when he could start the project and kept us up to date. Which was awesome as it allowed us to plan our live around it . The work was done fast, with minimal distraction - very professional. The final product was way better than we expected. SCAM ALERT - Took 60% money and left w half done damaged job site. I posted a job here for hardwood refinishing. Got contacted by Tristen, met w him and hired them to do the job. Earlier he said its only 20% deposit and rest on job completion. But when he started he asked for more money like at the end of the day. They started the Job which I dont think they knew how to do. They worked w rental tools, left the floors scratched using drum sander, stained half job site blochy and leaving other half unstained. Did not even sanded to.a proper grit. Unprofessional, They used to come at around 11 am and leave at usual 6 pm, spending a lot of time in between just chatting. Spent a whole week doing only sanding to a quoted 4 day job containing sanding, staining and poly. They took about 60% of they money on monday, soon after went to get the "rental polisher" and then stopped picking calls and no reply to messages either. To a prospect home owner - You better stay away.
