    Repair floor-
    I really appreciate working with Filipe. Unlike other contractors to whom I reach out to, he worked with me to get the work I need done within the budget. He took the time to do each job in a professional manner and kept me informed on how he was going to complete each job. Given we were putting our house for sale, we needed to fix certain areas of the home. But most we were looking for more for touch ups such as scratches on wood floors. Other contractors insisted that the floor needed to be re-sanded completely. But Filipe did an amazing job touching up the areas, and when he was finished you couldn't even see where the touch ups had been done. We also had some baseboard work, which the first contractor made a complete mess of, but Filipe was able to replace the sections that needed to be pulled. Given they were not your standard size baseboards he had to some special cutting and fillings. But once done, you could tell the difference. I would definitely work with him again.
