A small fee is charged for site visits to cover the time required for the inspection and preparation of a professional evaluation. I believe that clients deserve a realistic assessment based on an actual site visit rather than a rough estimate based only on photographs. If we move forward with the project, the cost of the site visit is fully credited toward the work. I believe in an honest and professional approach. My clients receive a well-founded evaluation based on the actual condition of the project and nearly three decades of practical experience, rather than a quick guess. My goal is not simply to complete a project, but to provide reliable solutions, quality craftsmanship, and results that clients will be satisfied with for many years to come.
