My name is Ezaaz Saeed, I have been working in construction for 10 years. My interest in this field started early in my life, as I always enjoyed using my hands to build things. I went to Central Technical high school where I took specialized courses in carpentry. From there, I continued my journey and went to George Brown College to study Building Renovation Technician and established early skills in framing, flooring and drywall. After graduating, over the next 6-7 years I worked for construction companies in the GTA that provide home renovation services. Once I gained technical skills and had a considerable amount of work experience, I wanted to start my own business where I could establish a long-lasting working relationship with my clients. Since then I have been working on projects across the GTA which include full basement renovations as well as projects that specifically focus on flooring, drywall, and painting. A primary goal for my business is to provide a client-centered approach. Full Home Check-up: Before leaving your premises, our handyman will offer you a a full home check-up. This is a complimentary service that we offer to all of our customers. Finalizing: As we charge by the hour and have a 2 hour minimum for any work after 2 hours falls under standard rates. If we gave you an estimate, then we stand by that agreed upon estimate and is the amount that will be required for payment of our services. Any additional services will first be agreed upon, and be handled as a separate estimate and any payments required will be separate from the original estimate.
