A toilet in our house came away from the floor in a way that broke the flange it was bolted to. I called MT Drains because they had done a fine repair job in our kitchen a few months earlier. Viktoriya in the office was very friendly & helpful in getting us a cost estimate in a timely fashion and setting up an appointment to fix the problem that fit our schedules. We received email confirmation and reminder of the appointment, and a text confirmation on the morning of the appointment itself. The technician, Amir, arrived a few minutes before the start of the window for the appointment, which I always appreciate a lot! He was friendly, polite and professional. He assessed the repair requirements, confirmed the estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. Amir also cleaned up everything and even took the garbage away with him. Viktoriya followed up shortly thereafter by phone to check that we were pleased with the job, and then sent the invoice to me for the agreed amount. She also confirmed that they received our payment right away. Ive used MT Drains services for plumbing issues before and will happily use them again!

John was very genuine, knowledgeable and offered very competitive pricing. I know some contractors can be headaches but he was a pleasure to deal with and we couldnt be happier with the end result. We had all of our old patio pavers removed around the house/into the backyard and replaced with white concrete. We were shocked with how efficient John and his team were to get this project done. We have cameras all over our house and while I was at work I would check in to see the progress. The demolition was extremely quick and they were also mindful of neighbouring houses. Most importantly, the concrete looks amazing and we wouldnt hesitate to use John/Concrete One again or recommend to a friend/family member. You cant go wrong - highly recommend!

Their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Vince and his team did such an outstanding job that practically everyone who walks by our house tells us how much they love the stonework. The interlock patio in the back is equally as impressive and has transformed our space. Vince was fantastic about checking in daily to make sure we were happy. This was the only firm that agreed to replace a large double-glazed pane of glass without replacing the frame. George and his crew did an amazing job of getting out the old glass without damaging the original frame. The cost was a fraction of what it would have cost to replace the frame and the appearance of the house was not altered.

This company did our front landscaping with interlock and small area with shrubs in summer of 2015. Now its 2016, the interlock is sinking, stones are moving and grout has washed away. They keep ignoring my messages, phone calls, etc. They said they did a "drive by" to check whats wrong, without us even being home to show them the problem. don't ever take this company, terrible.

Wonderful experience and job well done. Special thanks to Michael for heading the crew and getting the work done ahead of time. The backyard grading along the property line between my neighbour and myself happens to be quite contentious. It has been mediated by the Richmond Hill Grading Department (RHGD) who have been quite understanding and reasonable in their handling of the situation. When the request came from the RHGD on what was needed on my side, a call was put in to Greenlane Landscaping to estimate the job and provide details on when it could be done. They, in fact, were the only landscaping company that answered my call. Michael, their landscape architect, came by and scoped out the job. It was done in a professional and congenial manner. The terms were agreed fairly shortly after that (regrade of the the area and resod as needed) and the date was set. There was a wrinkle in that the job date had to be pushed forward to meet the needs of RHGD and that was accommodated by Greenlane. When the date came, Greenlane sent a professional crew supervised by Michael, and they did a highly professional job. The crew was congenial and and empathetic in their relations. The job was completed to a first rate standard. the sod and soil provided were excellent and the instructions provide to keep the sod growing were easy to follow. In fact, the sod is the best grass I have in my backyard. There have been no issues with RHGD regarding the work done so far on my side of the property line. Thank you Greenlane on a job well done.
