We bought a home that needed significant work in order to fit our entire family comfortably and we wanted to turn the basement into a rentable apartment. We had never owned a home before and knew nothing about the type of work that was needed, nor did we know the regulations. VIP walked us through it all and made the whole process as painless as possible. They renovated a bathroom on the top floor. Added an en-suite bathroom to our master bedroom. Did the flooring, custom made stairs out of the flooring we chose, glass panes and oak bannisters. They took down the walls on the first floor creating a large open concept kitchen/dining room and living room area. They increased the windows and replaced one window with an exit from the dining room onto a deck in the back yard. They added a discreet powder room on the first floor and another one on the split level just below along with a hidden pocket door closet for the washer and dryer. They made an entire basement apartment, with a beautiful bright kitchen, a luxurious bathroom and bedroom. They installed larger windows to add more light, installed potlights and a separate exit. We could not be more pleased with their work. We have now rented out our inspected and approved basement apartment which they have designed in a way that it is completely independent of the rest of our home and feels like an entirely different property. All in all they renovated our entire home and turned our three bedroom, two bathroom, one powder room house into a spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom and 2 powder room home. The time they spent walking us through the process and being patient with us as we figured out what exactly we wanted, sometimes on the fly my family will always appreciate. The price they gave us was in line with what other companies charged but the care they showed when dealing with us and their attention to detail makes them worth much more. As you can tell my entire family likes the guys at VIP a lot and their work was impeccable. Could not give a more enthusiastic recommendation.Latest review:

Following the re-landscaping of our backyard in 2023, Dutch Style returned to re-do the front of the house. This included a portico (roof extension over the front door), garden, lights, driveway, front and side entry steps, garden plantings, and irrigation. The change to the house is remarkable; day or night. Again it was a pleasure to work with Susan, Adam, A.J. and Jack. Susan and Adam conferred with us continually throughout the project, ensuring that we were on the same page at all times and assured of a great completed project.

I had a very bad customer service experience recently and had been very hesitant to find someone to build my deck. Alex from Prime Decks was very patient and his team was very professional and respectful throughout all stages of deck construction. His rates are very reasonable as well. Workmanship is excellent and it is obvious that Alex takes pride in attention to detail and esthetics. He discussed doing picture framing which I had never heard of before and it certainly adds an extra touch of class to the deck! We love the look! I was kept updated throughout the process and all questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. The job was done well and it was done quickly. I would most certainly recommend Alex and Prime Decks!

Overall, the company provided the qualified service. The team are very friendly and transparent to give some advise for a better project plan prior to starting the work. the word was done within the expected days. 2 days for driveway 1 days for the 5-steps stairs 1/2 day for replacing the SODs. clean up all the trash and the subject surface. several points here, the SODs was not enough on the day for both back and front yard. it had been waited for another week to completed it. the SOD was not paved closed enough. team gave me 2 SODs for free and I fixed all the gaps. the fertile soil and grass free sheet were not paved before SODs were installed. Maybe it is normal for the techniques. Not sure, I dont have such experience. Overall, I would recommend this team for paving the landscape, but slight less for grassland project. I am satisfied with the expense, btw considering the crazy inflation after COVID pandemic.Latest review:
