Signed contract in June to have driveway paved , promised driveway would be paved by mid July.My driveway had screenings as a base.Driveway paved on September 11th, approximately a week later weeds appeared through the asphalt along the edge. Spoke with Antonio and was told he would put me on the repair list. The repair crew came and burned the areas that had weeds coming through. A week later the weeds came back in those areas that were repaired but also new areas of raised asphalt with weeds were found in the middle of the driveway. Spoke to Antonio about the situation and asked for repairs to be done. His suggestion was to spray weed killer on my driveway. When I asked if a proper granular base was put down and the proper thickness of asphalt was applied, his response was that it didnt matter just spray weed killer to the weeds. The weed killer was ineffective. I continue to contact Antonio for a date when these repairs can be done but am told that he will get back to me. Im hoping this will be permanently resolved before my one year guarantee expires.

Was given a low range quote and a high range quote for a fairly simple job. He came and we found out the job wasn't possible. That was fine. What was less fine is that he still charged the high range quote. Edit: After the original review Ali reached out and refunded $45. There was some miscommunication but overall his service was good and I would recommend him.

Remove or trim tree- 10 Apr 2026
I hired Bogdan Rasputin of Epic Arbor to cut down a tree in the forest behind my back yard that was precariously close to falling into my backyard. Bogdan grossly misjudged the situation and after cutting the tree top high up, the tree fell onto my backyard damaging the fence, artificial turf and gazebo causing $12,000 in damage. To his credit, Bogdan bucked up the tree and tossed the remains into the forest. For the next month Bogdan and I argued back and forth regarding who would do the repairs and how much it would cost. We were not able to come to an agreement, so in utter frustration I made a claim to my own home insurance provider and was successfully paid out minus a $900 deductible that Bogdan to date has refused to discuss. I cannot recommend Epic Arbor to do any kind of arboreal work as he clearly demonstrated poor judgement, a lack of understanding tree falling techniques and a severe reluctance to make amends for poor performance.

Omar was pleasant to deal with but ultimately was very disorganized, didnt have the correct equipment or manpower for a very straightforward job to re-sod a lawn. He underquoted the job, had rather poor time management, and as a result was not able to get even the first stage completed in the timeframe he gave. We parted ways with the job less than half done in twice the estimated time.

In my front yard, the "Interlock Walkway and Steps to the Front Porch" shifted and sank within the first year after it was installed by another company. After getting nowhere with that company, I started searching for a company that was credible, competent, and capable of correcting this huge dilemma and safety concerns. Champagne Construction And Interlocking was the company I needed. Its managed by a skilled professional person Matt, who surrounded himself with similar people who are experts in the interlocking business. When the representative came over to work on a quotation to correct the problem/issues, he spent much time observing, measuring, probing and asking questions. Then he clearly explained to me how he planned to correct the problems and issues, as he saw them. He told me that they would have to remove, clean, reuse, adjust, replace, and re-install the interlocking stones and steps. He later gave me an estimate and notified me that the price could change (increase) depending on what he found within and below the base underneath the interlocking stones and steps. I accepted the estimate because I trusted his honesty and believed his expertise based on reviews I read about the company and comments from my friend and a former customer of the company. However, I waited a while (no regrets) for the company to get started and realized then that they took their time to get their jobs done correctly in their first attempt. When they started my job, I observed their careful and confident approach, and the quiet dedication and commitment of the team, particularly Dustin (Michael) who did a great job in rebuilding the steps and walkway. Champagne Construction And Interlocking has my vote and I highly recommend this company to everyone out there!

Spencer and his crew just finished a job replacing Poly B piping in our yard and on our main floor. His quotation was right in the middle of the other two quotations; he was prompt with bookings and answering questions; they showed up on time; were very professional, communicative and tidy. He went out of his way to contact the City as he had a concern the City might have a leak near the water meter and he followed up the next day to make sure the issue was resolved. We will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended.
