Kosta did a fine job on paving my driveway.The big problem was that he sent me a contractor who did a very poor job raising my garage floor & making it flat/level. Kosta’s person that he sent to raise & then level my garage floor did a terrible job. After being ignored for 3 years & being polite & patient, I paid $3,000 to have the side wall of the exterior of the garage floor waterproofed in hopes water would stop the puddling on the inside of my garage floor. However, it was the interior unleveled flooring that was causing the dry wall to get saturated with water. Eventually I hired someone to address the issue of the front corner of my garage puddling & water climbing the side wall.They showed me with their spirit level/carpenter's level that the garage floor was not flat, but rather sloped to that front corner. Kosta nor his sub contractor Josh have taken responsibility for the fault they created.They refused to acknowledge that the floor was never leveled as it should have been.

I had a need to remove an old shed, lay down a new cement pad, assemble a new shed and remove/sod a flower garden. Gian-Paolo (GP) provided a great customer experience: - Quote process was smooth, GP offered the most valuable and competitive quote - All services covered - I received other quotes from other contractors who would quote demolishing the old shed, lay down a new cement pad but won't assemble a new shed - Quotes were quickly and easily delivered online including deposit and full payment process - Team focused on the job and worked non-stop - incredible work ethic and shout out to Angela and Luis. The team took the effort to clean up the working area after every day and at job end - big thing! - GP addressed any concerns I had and ensured my satisfaction - big thing! John was very genuine, knowledgeable and offered very competitive pricing. I know some contractors can be headaches but he was a pleasure to deal with and we couldnt be happier with the end result. We had all of our old patio pavers removed around the house/into the backyard and replaced with white concrete. We were shocked with how efficient John and his team were to get this project done. We have cameras all over our house and while I was at work I would check in to see the progress. The demolition was extremely quick and they were also mindful of neighbouring houses. Most importantly, the concrete looks amazing and we wouldnt hesitate to use John/Concrete One again or recommend to a friend/family member. You cant go wrong - highly recommend!

We had a hill in our backyard so we needed a retaining wall to hold back the soil. Royal Stone did everything you can see in the attached photos. The retaining wall is well built with a concrete base. And the platform was a nice design. The pavers around the pool are perfectly placed and mortar around the sides keeps them from moving. We had some delays due to COVID pandemic supply chain issues of nearly a year. But once they got everything in stock, they worked hard, fast, and effectively. All the stonework was done in about a week with two crews working 10 hour days.
