My wife and I had requested a quote from King Kongtracting for our interlocking project. Sam came by to give us a quote and was personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient as we asked him many questions. We were not sure about the design of what we were looking for and Sam even took the time to take us to the local stone yard to show us the various options/ colour palettes. After this level of care, we were sold and we ended up hiring them to install the new interlock in the backyard, side of the house and driveway extension. Sam and his team did a WONDERFUL & WORLD CLASS job and we couldn't be happier. The entire process was smooth, Sam was responsive and the entire project was completed on time, on budget and completed to perfection! Sam and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and would absolute recommend King Kongtracting for any interlocking needs!

House renovation- 23 Jun 2026
Leo did a great job with our ensuite washroom. Initially project was to be completed in 10-14 days. We did change some design concepts along the way cause a little delay but due to some contractors who pushed through their own “ideas” or changes (nothing major) some more delays came from us wanting things how we wanted. Leo fulfilled those desires and we ended up with a beautiful washroom with a lot more space and meeting what we wanted. He doesn’t have a ton of experience but we opted to give him a chance and we’re glad we did. He was always available and communicated to use when contractors who were supposed to show up didn’t. Or if there were questions about something. Even when we wanted changes he worked with us and didn’t gouge us on them. He’s worth giving a shot. Might not be as experienced as some older contractors but we’re happy with his services. Keep up the good work Leo. Would have been a 5 star if we didn’t have the delays. I advertised my old asphalt driveway replacement on the HomeStars website, and I got a few responses back from different paving companies in a few days. The most interesting and attractive paving company was Woodbine Paving Company Ltd. I contacted Tony about the job, and he responded in a professional manner and provided the best estimate for the job. He visited the site and inspected it to ensure the advertised work was consistent with the field measurements. He confirmed the price as promised. Tony and the crew came with the necessary equipment to Guelph and removed the old asphalt driveway on the agreed date and time. Tony and the crew came to complete the paving after a few weeks, as discussed and promised with the time. The crew completed the job to the expected quality and assured me everything is OK on the job. On paving with hot mixed asphalt, he assured me of what I wanted in terms of quality. I appreciate your service and highly recommend anyone who needs such service.
